That said, in my experience as a Rochester real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.
This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.

A Little more about Mike
I am a life long resident of the Rochester, NY. I grew up in Penfield and attended Penfield Schools. I was and still am highly involved in athletics and scouting.
In college I attended the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT), and received a bachlors of science. There I competed in collegiate lacrosse, and was the wrestling team captian.
While at RIT I met my wife Cindy. We now reside in the Rochester area with our two sons, our pride and joy. We still enjoy many outdoor activities and love our camping trips to the mountains and always love the ocean.

Shortly after graduating from RIT I joined Rochester largest real estate firm as an agent and then an associate broker. I quickly became one of their top producers. After several very successful years I decided to take an offer from another top 5 real estate firm in Rochester, and a Western NY leader in corporate and bank owned properties. As the Relocation Director, and working for a company that would handle hundreds of foreclouse properties annually, I was able to learn aspects of real estate very few in the industry ever experience or understand.
After several more very successful years I decided to make a change. After much research and debating, it became clear to me though the years that there was one name in real estate that is truly "Above the Crowd!" The decision was really very easy and was the best decision of my career.
I was finally able to take all my exprience and with no restrictions, I formed the Mike Liess Real Estate Group. The staff on my team are highly trained and exprienced in several aspects of real estate. From Residential to Commercial to Bank owned properties to Relocation and CORPORATE RELOCATION.
I believe that, the services and exposure that I and Re/Max First offers to my clients is unparalleled in the industry.
